Al-Burhan is expected to address the summit.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Acting Foreign Minister Ambassador Hussein Awad stated, according to the Sudan News Agency, that Al-Burhan&#8217;s participation represents an opportunity to discuss Sudan\u2019s issues with the Chinese leadership and focus on activating China\u2019s role in the post-war period, given the strong relations between the two countries. It will also be a chance to discuss all matters of interest to Sudan with participating leaders and heads of delegations.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">He added that after the opening session, the meetings would be divided into four simultaneous forums, including the Belt and Road Initiative, agricultural modernization, good governance, and the fourth forum focusing on security and peace.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Al-Burhan is also scheduled to hold talks with the Chinese President on the sidelines of the summit. Additionally, he will meet several African leaders and oversee the Businessmen\u2019s Conference on September 6th, which will see the participation of a number of Sudanese businessmen.
