The French magazine “France Football” revealed the list of nominees for several individual awards recognizing the best in football worldwide this year.<\/div>\n
According to the German News Agency, the French magazine has nominated 10 players for the “Kopa” award for the best young player in the world. The list includes Barcelona and Spain duo Lamine Yamal and Pau Cubarsi, Paris Saint-Germain’s Warren Za\u00efre-Emery and Portuguese Jo\u00e3o Neves, who joined from Benfica this summer.<\/div>\n
Other nominees include Argentina\u2019s Alejandro Garnacho, England\u2019s Kobbie Mainoo from Manchester United, Netherlands\u2019 Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich, Ivorian Karim Konat\u00e9 from Austria’s Salzburg, Turkey’s Arda G\u00fcler from Real Madrid, and Brazil\u2019s Savinho from Manchester City, who joined from Girona this summer.<\/div>\n
For the “Yashin” award for the best goalkeeper in the world, 10 goalkeepers were nominated, including last year\u2019s winner, Argentine Emiliano Mart\u00ednez (Aston Villa), Italy\u2019s Gianluigi Donnarumma (Paris Saint-Germain), Swiss duo Yann Sommer (Inter Milan) and Gregor Kobel (Borussia Dortmund), along with Giorgi Mamardashvili from Georgia (Valencia), Portugal’s Diogo Costa (Porto), Spain’s Unai Sim\u00f3n (Athletic Bilbao), Ukraine’s Andriy Lunin (Real Madrid), and South Africa’s Ronwen Williams (Sundowns).<\/div>\n
The nominees for the best coach award include Italy\u2019s Carlo Ancelotti (Real Madrid) and Gian Piero Gasperini (Atalanta), alongside Spain\u2019s Pep Guardiola (Manchester City), Xabi Alonso (Bayer Leverkusen), Luis de la Fuente (Spain National Team), and Argentina’s Lionel Scaloni (Argentina National Team).<\/div>\n
Five clubs have been nominated for the best club award: Real Madrid (Spain), Borussia Dortmund (Germany), Bayer Leverkusen (Germany), Manchester City (England), and Girona (Spain).<\/div>\n
