He urged the advisory committees to address the relationship between the educational system, laws, and public policies, as well as to focus on analyzing last year\u2019s performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing plans to overcome challenges.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The governor also directed the formation of an advisory council for the middle school stage, involving educational experts, to address all the issues facing middle schools and to establish a timeline for their resolution.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Regarding suspensions of transfers and promotions, the governor revealed that there had been communications with the Sovereignty Council to grant an exception to Nile River State to appoint teachers, as it is one of the most secure and educationally stable states, welcoming many displaced people from other states who are receiving education in the state.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The governor also called for the reactivation of cadet programs in secondary schools, as well as literary associations, cultural and sports activities, and early preparation for the third Education Day.
