This was based on the African Charter on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">According to a statement from the Ministry of Justice, the complaint included documented evidence showing Chad\u2019s involvement in supporting the RSF in its violations, including genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. These crimes involved killings, rapes, sexual violence, forced displacement, infrastructure destruction, child recruitment, public and private property looting, and occupying citizens&#8217; homes.
