The minister participated in key official sessions and several side meetings, including discussions with the Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Development, the African Group I at the World Bank, and the President of the African Development Bank Group. He also met with the World Bank&#8217;s Executive Director for the Epidemics Fund and discussed Sudan&#8217;s post-conflict reconstruction needs with the World Bank\u2019s country director in Sudan, with participation from the Ministry\u2019s Planning Undersecretary, Mohamed Bashar.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The minister highlighted the importance of international financial institutions and development partners responding to the needs of Sub-Saharan African countries, which face climate challenges, poverty, instability, and a heavy debt burden.
