Governor Awadallah emphasized that this agreement reflects the state government\u2019s recent efforts to expand agricultural land within the state, and it ensures the protection of citizens&#8217; rights. He expressed optimism that the Hattab Project would serve as a model for future projects, given the extensive resources invested by national investor Atef Jafar, and would positively impact local community development.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Osman Ahmed, the State Minister of Production and Economic Resources, shared that the Hattab Project will irrigate over 14,000 acres in its first phase and is equipped with the latest electromechanical pumping technology available globally.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Bakri Abdul Raziq, representing national investor Atef Jafar, highlighted the steps taken over the past three years and the discussions held with the project management that culminated in the signing of the operational agreement.
