Local leaders, dignitaries, and representatives from civil society also participated.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The delegation was welcomed by the Executive Director of Halayeb Locality, Mohamed Adam Ali, alongside the Halayeb Locality Security Committee, community elders, and youth representatives.
