This was done to ease the process of opening accounts and provide better customer service.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Ayman Al-Shalkani, Director of Retail Banking at Bank of Khartoum, confirmed that the bank had started currency exchange and account opening in both the states and Khartoum, noting the positive reception from citizens regarding the currency exchange process. The bank also provided centers in safe areas of all states, and due to the lack of banking services in many regions due to the war, the bank plans to increase the number of centers, including mobile ones, to facilitate account opening.
