This meeting was held on the sidelines of his participation in the African Financial Summit in Morocco.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The minister praised Morocco&#8217;s hosting of the event and the excellent organization.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">During the discussions, the two ministers highlighted the historical and distinguished relations between the two countries and expressed their desire to develop these relations to a broader level. They both expressed their hopes to enhance trade and economic exchanges, which are currently below expectations and do not reflect the high level of bilateral relations. They also agreed to advance relations already framed by agreements and to work on areas that are still not legally framed, especially modern fields such as climate change and clean energy.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Dr. Jibril Ibrahim, the Sudanese Minister of Finance, expressed Sudan&#8217;s interest in benefiting from the opportunities available under the royal vision to open up to Africa within the framework of South-South cooperation on a win-win basis.
