Al-Burhan justified his refusal to meet Hemeti, saying that Hemeti breaks promises, the latest of which was the Jeddah Agreement, and uses them as a pretext for evasion and stalling in order to attack cities and villages, shedding the blood, honor, and wealth of the Sudanese people, and destroying and looting state institutions.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">According to Al-Sudani, Al-Burhan emphasized that there will be no negotiation or ceasefire with the militia and that they will never have any political role in Sudan again.
