The Sudanese government raised several issues, including methodological shortcomings, geographical limitations, displacement, violations in sampling, and tactics such as the blockade, attacks targeting relief workers and logistical convoys, looting of food stocks, monopolizing essential resources, price inflation, and the destruction of vital agricultural infrastructure, including roads, electricity, and water.
