He pointed out that some local administrations in the state have acted outside the law by supporting the militia and leading the youth to their doom. He indicated that they have begun to file charges against 132 mayors who have committed acts against the state.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">He added, according to the &#8220;Sudan News Agency&#8221;: &#8220;From the first hour of the outbreak of the war, the militia targeted the 16th Infantry Division, and the war continued until October 26, 2023, where the 71st Division led battles and achieved victory in all these battles, resulting in the death of more than 12,000 mercenaries on the outskirts of the 16th Infantry Division.
