\nField sources told \u201cAl-Muhaqqiq\u201d news website on Thursday that soldiers from the rebellious Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have begun retreating from central Khartoum (Al-Muqran and the Arab Market area) towards the southern areas of Al-Dim and Al-Sahafat.<\/p>\n
The sources added that the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and its allied forces, which have advanced into the city center, are pursuing the fleeing militia remnants. The sources expect more \u201cgood news for Sudanese citizens\u201d later in the day and did not rule out the announcement of the liberation of several key locations in central Khartoum.<\/p>\n
