The promotions also included Minister Plenipotentiaries Idris Mohamed Ali, Al-Bahi Mohamed Ibrahim, and Mohamed Osman Akasha.<\/p>\n<p>The promotions included Minister Plenipotentiaries Iqbal Ishaq, Omima Al-Sharif, Maimouna Ahmed Khalid, Aida Sid Ahmed, and Awadiya Al-Manzoul.
