He expressed hope for a return to normal operations with the full workforce soon, praising employees for their efforts and resilience during the recent period.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the ministry had been operating under emergency conditions, which increased the workload on staff and required a high level of readiness\u2014even during official holidays\u2014as only about 20% of the workforce was physically present, with others working remotely.<\/p>\n<p>The minister thanked the staff for their patience and endurance, commending their success over the past two years.
