The Higher Committee for the Administration of Abu Shouk Camp in North Darfur State revealed on Tuesday that 50 people have been killed and 97 others injured as a result of continuous shelling by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia on the camp over the course of a month.<\/p>\n
According to community leaders, the camp is subjected to daily artillery shelling by the RSF, leading to the displacement of around 70% of its residents.<\/p>\n
Omdah Saif al-Din Sajo, a member of the Higher Committee for Camp Administration, told Sudan Tribune that \u201cthe administration recorded the deaths of 50 people, including 13 women, 32 men, and 5 children, in addition to 97 others who were injured due to the shelling on the camp between March and April 8.\u201d<\/p>\n
