Medical supply warehouses were looted, and several pharmacies were vandalized and destroyed.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission expressed strong disapproval of the RSF\u2019s prevention of civilians from leaving the city, calling it a serious violation amounting to a war crime and a crime against humanity.
