He stressed that Sudan is fighting one of the most dangerous international conspiracies.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with Spanish news outlet El Espa\u00f1ol, Al-Burhan said that they are currently formulating a vision to lead Sudan into a new phase where democratic transition will be completed through the appointment of a civilian prime minister and government to stabilize the country.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that top priorities in Darfur\u2014coordinated with national groups not aligned with the terrorist militia\u2014include achieving peace, security, and stability; ending the rebellion; ensuring the return of displaced persons and refugees; reestablishing state authority; and beginning reconstruction.<\/p>\n<p>He called on the militia to comply with UN Security Council resolutions and lift the siege on the city of El Fasher.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Burhan reiterated Sudan\u2019s rejection of any regional or international interference in its internal affairs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe must resolve our issues through Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue aimed at addressing the root causes of the chronic conflict and avoiding unsustainable imposed solutions,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur foreign relations will be based on each country\u2019s stance on this war.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added that some countries and foreign entities\u2014driven by colonial ambitions\u2014have supported the Rapid Support Forces militia in an attempt to undermine Sudan\u2019s sovereignty.<br \/>\nHe warned that the war poses serious risks to African continental security.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Burhan said Sudan is currently experiencing an unjust war waged by the RSF militia against the state and its institutions, targeting civilians and committing atrocities.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the sacrifices of the Armed Forces, allied units, and popular resistance, the aggression has been repelled\u2014made possible by the unity and solidarity of Sudanese people at home and abroad with their army, under the slogan: \u201cOne Army, One People.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He concluded by stating that the vision of Sudan\u2019s post-war government\u2014dubbed the \u201cGovernment of Hope\u201d\u2014is based on achieving stability with security as the main pillar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe aim to build a civilian, democratic state.<br \/>\nSudan will enter a new phase after the appointment of a new Prime Minister with full authority to form a national government of qualified individuals capable of leading the country toward security, stability, and development in line with the aspirations of the Sudanese people.<br \/>\nWe want a Sudan free of conflict and war, unified and prosperous, playing a leading role in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sovereign Council President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, affirmed that the military\u2014backed by allies, joint forces, local resistance, and other supporting entities\u2014is capable of defeating the terrorist Dagalo militia.
