Sudanese Justice Minister Dr. Abdullah Dirf inaugurated the Commercial Registrations Department in Khartoum State on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Speaking at the opening, Dirf said the launch was \u201cnot merely the opening of an institution, but a signal of life returning to normal in Khartoum; a sign of our will to restore the city to its former glory, and a message to Sudanese abroad that Khartoum is coming back. It is also a message to countries supporting this militia that we have the resolve to reclaim our land and institutions, and a message to the world that our will cannot be broken.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cOur pledge to the martyrs is to continue defending this land and its people, and to complete the restoration of the life for which they fought.\u201d<\/p>\n
Dirf announced that the Constitutional Court will soon be formed to complete the country\u2019s judicial apparatus. He noted that amendments have been made to several laws, including the Constitutional Court Act, the Tenancy Act, and the Cybercrimes Act. He further said a committee \u2014 comprising representatives of all judicial bodies, the Bar Association, and law school deans \u2014 is reviewing federal legislation to align it with constitutional principles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
