The session was attended by Mohamed Kartikila Saleh, Minister of Federal Governance and Rural Development, and Ahmed Othman Hamza, Acting Governor of Khartoum.<\/p>\n<p>Kabashi was briefed on the overall security, humanitarian, and service-related conditions, as well as ongoing efforts to provide essential services and meet citizens\u2019 needs in Khartoum.<\/p>\n<p>In a press statement, the acting governor reported presenting a detailed account of the state government\u2019s efforts to repair water stations, restore electricity services, and maintain and rehabilitate public and health facilities, alongside addressing the negative impacts of the war.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also reviewed initiatives to restore security, manage foreign presence, and remove informal settlements.
