Abdelrahman Hassan Adam, a resident of Al-Nasr neighborhood, told Darfur 24 that the RSF\u2019s artillery strike on Tuesday afternoon resulted in eight deaths, including two women and a child, and prompted mass displacement within the city\u2019s western sector.<\/p>\n
A local health source reported severe overcrowding at Al-Saudi Hospital, noting that over the past three days, the hospital received more than 150 patients, most with critical injuries, amid a severe shortage of medical staff, supplies, and blood, resulting in numerous fatalities and exacerbating the suffering of survivors.<\/p>\n
The source added that the deteriorating humanitarian situation and fragile health system in El Fasher delay recovery, particularly for malnourished patients and those with chronic illnesses.
