In a clash that revived memories of the fierce 1990s rivalry between the sides, Dortmund looked set to earn their first win in Turin since November 1995. That season, they had defeated Juventus 2-1 in the group stage before going on to claim their only Champions League title in 1997\u2014ironically against the Italian giants in the final.<\/p>\n
After a goalless first half, Dortmund took the lead three times, the last of which put them two goals clear. But Vlahovi\u0107 turned the tide, pulling one back and then teeing up Lloyd Kelly for the dramatic equalizer.<\/p>\n
It was the first meeting between the clubs since the 2014\/15 round of 16, when Juve prevailed home and away.
