He said this had displaced or forced into exile 13 million Sudanese, destroyed infrastructure and state institutions, and led to widespread looting of public and private property.<\/p>\n<p>He expressed readiness to cooperate with the envoy in carrying out his mission, urging condemnation of the RSF and rejection of destabilizing forces.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Cong thanked the ambassador for the briefing, noting his eagerness to work constructively with Sudanese officials.
