Gen. Ahmed Ibrahim Mufaddal, told the Baku Security Forum in Azerbaijan that these mercenaries committed serious crimes, including storming police stations and prisons, releasing high-risk detainees and terrorism specialists, and trafficking weapons and drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Mufaddal emphasized that these threats extend beyond Sudan, citing risks of international terrorism and organized crime.
