The bloc includes Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States, with the EU High Representative also participating.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe G7 Foreign Ministers strongly condemn the recent escalation of violence and attacks\u2014often ethnically driven\u2014by the RSF against unarmed civilians and humanitarian workers, especially in al-Fashir and North Kordofan,\u201d the statement read. \u201cWe deplore the devastating impact this war has had on civilians, including a famine that has created the world\u2019s largest humanitarian crisis.
