This began with the signing of two restricted <em data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"457\">Mudaraba<\/em> contracts worth 1.8 billion Sudanese pounds with <strong data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"535\">Azm Microfinance Company<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"572\">Al-Ibtikar Microfinance Bank<\/strong>, as part of the Central Bank\u2019s efforts to enhance and expand financial inclusion, link small-scale producers to formal financial and banking institutions, reduce poverty levels, and increase opportunities for self-employment, in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Finance and Planning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1417\">This initiative is expected to achieve financial inclusion for <strong data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"960\">3 million new beneficiaries<\/strong>, integrating them into the formal banking system. It will also help reduce poverty, lower unemployment rates, and create more than <strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1125\">129,000 new job opportunities<\/strong>. In addition, the project aims to increase the empowerment of rural women and female breadwinners by improving their access to formal financial services and enhancing the continuity and sustainability of microfinance institutions and banks in providing services in the short and medium term.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1548\">The initiative also includes increasing the contribution of the small and medium enterprise sector to the gross national product.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1784\">The Central Bank of Sudan is targeting young entrepreneurs and graduates, farmers with small and medium landholdings, groups and associations of agricultural and livestock producers, female breadwinners, and various solidarity groups.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"2175\">The project targets several sectors, focusing primarily on the agricultural sector\u2014both crop and livestock production\u2014which will receive <strong data-start=\"1923\" data-end=\"1947\">50% of the financing<\/strong>, due to its strong economic and social advantages.
