Therefore, the new percentage increase appears \u2018smaller\u2019 statistically, not economically, even though prices, from a pure economic standpoint, remain extremely high and burdensome for citizens.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"1085\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">He explained that despite this decline in the \u201cindex,\u201d the cost of living remains very high.
