He wrote: <em data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"765\">\u201cSince the Troika countries (France, Germany, and the United Kingdom) and the United States are seeking escalation, they know very well that the official end of the Cairo agreement is a direct result of their provocations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"982\">He also accused the U.S. and European sides of responding to Tehran\u2019s goodwill with escalation, adding: <em data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"980\">\u201cWe are not seeking to create a new crisis, but the other parties do not appreciate our good intentions.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1203\">The Iranian Foreign Ministry had previously considered the IAEA Board of Governors\u2019 decision regarding Iran\u2019s nuclear program\u2014which was supported by the U.S., Germany, France, and the U.K.\u2014as unlawful and unjustified.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1466\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">It also stated that <em data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1466\" data-is-last-node=\"\">\u201cthe actions of the three European countries and the U.S. in drafting and imposing this decision on the Board of Governors are clear evidence of their irresponsible approach and insistence on using the Agency as a tool to pressure Tehran.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following Iran\u2019s criticism of the decision issued by the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi declared the agreement signed in Cairo on September 10 between him and IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi as effectively over.
