The city of Atbara will host the \u201cMade in River Nile\u201d Forum in early January, with participation from more than 200 factories and companies operating within the state.<\/p>\n
Minister of Investment and Industry, Othman Abdel Rahim Amara, stated that specialized committees have made substantial progress in preparations for the event, which will be attended by high-level federal figures.<\/p>\n
Amara explained that the forum aims to showcase the vast industrial and investment potential of the River Nile State, boosted by the preferential incentives it offers to both national and foreign investors.
\nHe highlighted the state\u2019s expansion in manufacturing and food industries, noting that fully developed industrial complexes\u2014such as the Industrial City and Giad Company Complex in Shendi\u2014will be dedicated to such sectors.<\/p>\n
He added that the number of participating factories and companies from the state\u2019s seven localities is expected to reach between 200 and 300.
