The Chairman of Sudan\u2019s Transitional Sovereign Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, on Wednesday inaugurated the \u201cLieutenant General (Police) Legal Officer Khalid Hassan Mohi El-Din\u201d Center for issuing civil documentation, in the presence of the ministers of interior, finance, and justice, along with senior executive and security officials.<\/p>\n
Al-Burhan congratulated police personnel across the country on the 71st anniversary of the Sudanese Police Force, praising their national role in maintaining security and stability.<\/p>\n
He directed authorities to facilitate procedures and ensure the issuance of all identity documents, stating: \u201cNo Sudanese citizen should be denied civil documentation, even if there are legal cases against them\u2014these are rights.\u201d He expressed his appreciation for the opening of the center and described it as a major new achievement.<\/p>\n
Al-Burhan also thanked the State of Qatar\u2014its Emir, government, and people\u2014for their continued support for Sudan and their valuable contribution to the success of this major initiative.<\/p>\n
