Gen. Engineer Ibrahim Jaber, has reaffirmed Sudan\u2019s commitment to continued cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to develop and advance the country\u2019s agriculture and livestock sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>During a meeting on Thursday at his office in Khartoum with the organization\u2019s Resident Representative, Hongjie Yang, Jaber expressed his appreciation for the significant efforts made by the FAO in supporting Sudan\u2019s agricultural sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For his part, FAO Resident Representative Hongjie Yang confirmed the organization\u2019s full readiness to support the Sudanese government and farmers in order to advance the agricultural sector and increase productivity at the local level.
