\nAccording to the Spanish newspaper “Sport”, Ter Stegen refused to rush into making the decision to undergo surgery.
\nTer Stegen asked Barcelona for a period of time to study the matter with doctors and review all possible scenarios.
\nThe newspaper indicated that Ter Stegen’s condition requires surgical intervention if he wants a radical and more effective solution to the injury in the long term.
