\nScinus hub said that Derik Cultural Festival (DFC) has consistently served as a vital space for intellectual exchange and a unifying cultural platform since its inaugural edition three years ago. It has played a crucial role in fostering the development of cultural activities nationwide.
\nOver the course of its three editions, the festival has been a fertile ground for cultural enrichment and diversity. It brought to light the substantial contributions of the intellectual luminary Deirk Alfred, emphasizing the role played by the Kwoto Center over the years.
\nThe festival also celebrated the noteworthy contributions of the esteemed artist Emmanuel Kembe, who was rightfully honored as the Personality of the Year in 2023.
