Egypt: Gold Prices Rise, Demands Increase

Gold prices have increased in the Egyptian goldsmith’s markets due to increased demand during the recent period, as 24-carat gold today, Saturday, reached 4,377 pounds for sale, compared to 4,360 pounds for purchase.
While the price of 22 carat was about 4,072 pounds, compared to 4,018 pounds for purchase.
The price of 14 carat gold reached 2,999 pounds for sale, and it reached 2,990 pounds if purchased.
As for 18 carat, it recorded 3,283 pounds for sale, and 3,271 pounds for purchase.
While the price of the gold pound witnessed a state of stability during today’s trading, Saturday, bringing 21 carat weighing 8 grams to 30,640 pounds, against 30,505 pounds for purchase.
Globally, the price of an ounce of gold recorded $UD 2,012 for sale, while $UD 2,011 for purchase.
