Al-Burhan discusses Saudi Arabia’s efforts to end the war in Sudan

The Head of the Sovereign Council, General Abdul Fattah Al Burhan, met today in New York on the sidelines of his participation in the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.

The meeting touched on Saudi Arabia’s efforts to address the Sudanese crisis caused by the rebellion of the Rapid Support militia against the state.
The meeting also dealt with bilateral relations between the Sudan and Saudi Arabia and ways to support and promote them in order to serve the common benefit of the peoples of the two countries.

Al-Burhan praised the efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman in supporting the Sudan and their interest in security and stability in the Sudan.
