Qatar overthrows Iran and sets a date with Jordan

Qatari national team qualified for the final of the 2023 Asian Cup Qatar, after defeating its Iranian counterpart (3-2) in the match that was held between them on Wednesday at Al Thumama Stadium in the semi-finals of the tournament.
The goals of the Qatari team were scored by Jassim Jaber, Akram Afif and Al-Moez Ali in the 18th, 43rd and 81st minutes, while Sardar Azmoun and Ali Reza Jahanbakhsh scored for the Iranian team from a penalty kick in the 4th and 51st minutes.
The final minutes witnessed great excitement after the two teams exchanged chances in front of the goal before the referee blew the whistle at the end of the exciting confrontation.
