Agar Heads to Juba

The Vice President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) Malik Aqar Ayer, headed this morning to Juba, the capital of the Republic of South Sudan, on an official visit that will last several days.

During the visit, the Vice President ( VP )of the Council will hold a meeting with the President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, to discuss developments in the current situation in Sudan and the importance of unifying platforms.

The visit also to discuss the course of bilateral relations between the two countries, ways to enhance them, and issues of common interest between the two countries.

He was seen off at Port Sudan International Airport by the Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Youssuf.

The Vice President VP of the Council is accompanied during the visit by the Minister of Finance, Dr. Jibril Ibrahim.
