The Cross-eyed Christ…More Preferred than the Janjawidi: On the occasion of Valentine’s Day – two kisses and a rose
Mohamed Ahmed Abdul Salam
If Mr. Omar Al-Degair, through his boring tweets, was in the process of establishing a romantic political school of rhetoric that humanity has never known before; Its basis is reviewing vocabulary, generating linguistic structures devoid of meaning, using an extensive verbal approach to formulate arbitrary logic, and rationalizing political discourse. This concerns him alone; He has the right to search for “infinite blue” glory for himself!
But, if he thought that his words had a magical effect on his people; Just as they were telegraphing – in the days of the opium years and wanderings – in the minds of the coma victims who were promised a paradise of illusions, addressing them as: “My lord the brown one.” He raved about a slogan – drawn from his burning literary mind – that is an eloquent expression that perfectly embodies the spirit of decadence of that moment: “Glory to tyres”… Thus, he needs a long-term therapeutic journey to recover from an extremely severe psychological illness. How cruel it is to the soul when it is plundered by illusions and a lie of its own making.
“A patient is not blamable.”
However, if he thought that he was addressing the conscience of the merciful masters of the world, then he would ascend to the cross after a solid sermon; Redemption for the sins and evils of human beings, and in addition to that, he wants the victim to give the killer two kisses and a rose. His paradoxical contemplations and his submissive effort to derive wisdom must require him – above all – to take wisdom from the mouth of the leader of the Janjaweed on the day he said: “The one who does not fight has no standpoint”. In his master’s words, “the wise warlord,” there is room and space for deep philosophical contemplation – perhaps more than his need – to understand various connotations and meanings about: What power means! What truth means! What absurdity means?
And Al-Degair – before all that – and his arrogance has reached its highest limits, must know: What does idiocy mean?!
But how can an idiot understand the meaning of idiocy!
