Sayoud avoids the major’s punishment

The management of Al-Raed Club, which is active in the Saudi League, put an end to the crisis between the Algerian professional, Amir Sayoud, and the team’s technical director, the Croatian Igor Jovičević.
The crisis began with Sayoud’s refusal to play against Al-Fayhaa in the 22nd round of the league competition.
Igor harshly criticized the Algerian player after the match, stressing that the coming period requires high morale and sacrifice for the sake of the team.
While the player responded through his official Instagram account, confirming his desire to play with his team.
According to the Saudi Sports newspaper, the administration held a session with the player and the coach, and preferred to end the dispute amicably and without penalties.
Amir Sayoud appeared in his team’s training on Saturday, in preparation for the next confrontation against Al-Nasr.
It’s noteworthy, Al-Raed occupies 15th place in the Saudi Professional League standings with 20 points.
