Conclusion of Ramadan cultural activities
Sudan Events – Follow-ups
The Sudanese Artists Association concluded its Ramadan cultural evenings in Cairo, the last of which was a movie evening with a distinguished audience and subject matter.
It discussed the experience of the film (Goodbye Julia), how it was produced, and reflected the production experience and the secrets of participating in international festivals and being nominated for the Oscars.
The evening was attended by the film’s stars, Iman Youssuf and Nizar Juma, that increased the audience’s enthusiasm for attending the night, asking them questions, and knowing their reactions, as it was their first cinematic experience.
Producer Mohamed El Omda was one of the participants in the discussion and the production experience in particular for Goodbye Julia.
The session was moderated by director Zuhair Abdel Karim.
(Goodbye, Julia) was not a farewell to the activities, according to the Cultural Administration, but rather the last of them for the month of Ramadan, with the activities starting immediately after Eid.
