The artist Mazen Hamed invited his fans to attend a charity concert in Cairo, the proceeds of which go to those affected by the war in Sudan. Mazen said: The homeland in the blood of every free person and we owe it. The proceeds of this concert go, after deducting expenses, to support the central kitchens in Sudan through the “Hadrin” organization. He pointed out that this decision was reached democratically after reading the comments and suggestions of those interested in the ceremony. He added: We know that the amount in the event when the theater is full. We need to support our people in Sudan, and there is no relationship between the revenue here and the expenditures there, but there is a media aspect that we can benefit from, which increases the visibility to shedding light on the various issues of suffering in Sudan.
We ask you to rally around and support this concert, and we will present a transparent budget with expenses and returns to the public. We are also happy to receive any party that can provide sponsorship in exchange for placing its brand on the screen along the theatre. He indicated that the amount will be shown publicly and the amount collected will be transferred to Sudan.
