(10) Tractors Arrive at Gezira Scheme

The Governor of Gezira Scheme, Ibrahim Mustafa Ali, has announced the arrival of 10 large tractors to the port of Port Sudan, by the “MIG” company from the Republic of Belarus, and they represent the last batch, as part of his serious efforts to rehabilitate the agricultural engineering fleet, whose machinery was stolen and looted by the Rapid Support Militia (RSF).
The Governor of Gezira Scheme confirmed that his administration will continue its efforts to support the agricultural engineering fleet to provide its technical services to farmers for the purpose of controlling quality and improving production.
It is noteworthy that MIG Company had previously been awarded a tender announced by Gezira Scheme Management earlier to import large and small tractors to support the project’s agricultural engineering fleet.
