Revealed by Minawi : Secret talks.. A continuation of (Jeddah) or a new beginning

Sudan Events – Abdel Basset Idris

Governor of Darfur region, Minni Arko Minawi, revealed talks taking place between , the SAF and the RSF Militia, under the auspices of a Great State .
What is the nature of these talks, and why have they not been announced? Do they establish the completion of what was reached in the May agreement in Jeddah, or will they constitute a new beginning?
Synchronization of statements:

Before Minawi spoke to (Al Jazeera Mubasher, ) the Foreign Minister had told the Russian Sputnik Agency that the war in Sudan would not exceed 4 to 6 months, indicating that the Sudanese army would achieve victory.
However, in the same statement, the minister did not leave more room for expectations or disclose any direction for the government to hold talks, but he went on to determine the mechanism for victory.
In the same statement, the minister said that the SAF protects legitimacy from rebel groups, expressing his confidence in that, indicating that the army will work to remove what he described as a (cancerous tumor) in reference to the RSF Militia.
Details of what is happening:
The writer and political analyst, Makki Al-Maghribi, reveals to (Sudan Events ) the details of what is happening and its impact on Jeddah platform and the country sponsoring the talks, and says, “The country is Russia, and I do not tend to call them talks, but rather communications or a “Russian offer”, and it will be an opponent to the Jeddah platform (due to US’ presence there), and it is not prepared for it at all, and if it were not for the Russian offer, Aqar would not have taken a step forward, and he said, “Neither Jeddah nor Jeddah.”
However, I do not think that Russia is against Saudi and Emirati role, I like it to come down as an alternative to US and a guarantor of Emirati and Saudi influence in the region, particularly since the Emirates joined BRICS, and Saudi Arabia is about to.
Makki adds, “Therefore, the opinion of rushing towards Russia without strengthening the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and giving it the widest space through its missions and experts to enhance Sudan’s direct relations is an opinion that makes Sudan risk running on international quicksand.”
Makki Al-Maghribi affirmed that Russia remains a great power serious about cooperating with Sudan, and the eastward orientation remains required to save Sudan, but it is not permissible to claim that it is the magic solution to all crises Sudan.
Al-Maghribi believes that if Sudan studies dealing with Russia well, and does not leave things to conditions a (direct relation) could arise.
Loss of control:

The political official of Umma Party, Fathi Madbou, told (Sudan Events ) that Jeddah agreement is almost binding on the armed forces and the RSF Militia, and what was agreed upon must be implemented by the RSF Militia, and it must evacuate citizens’ homes and remove military manifestations from the streets, and evacuate all civilian objects and allow the delivery of humanitarian aid without any obstacles.
This is a general statement, so if the militia does not abide by this, how can there be a return to discussion on points that were agreed upon? This is out of the question.
He rules out that the secret talks are a prelude to returning to the podium with a new vision, indicating that the government stipulates the implementation of what was agreed upon, under the supervision of the guarantors in US and Saudi Arabia, through mechanisms agreed upon, whether through the assistance of the UN or international observers.
The most important thing, according to Madbou, is that what was agreed upon sees the light of day first, and if this agreement does not see the light of day, this means that the militia no longer has control – according to Madbou – over its members, and these have become warlords, every person remaining in an area it controls for the sake of Looting and looting, and there is no hierarchy in the RSF Militia, and this confirms this obvious fact, and it became clear that there is no command and control center in the militia.
