This evening, the Goethe Theater in Dokki will witness the Sudanese theatrical performance “Dar Amna, Memory of Bereavement,” and Abu Zaid Al-Dakil is behind the writing of the work.
“Despite the pain and scourges of war, we produced this monodrama theatrical performance – Dar Amna, Memory of Bereavement – and it is a dedication to the soul of the artist Al-Hakama Shaden, to the soul of my sister Afaf Al-Dukil, and to the Sudanese woman, to console her for what she suffered as a result of this damned war.” Al-Dukail said on his Facebook page. “It remains the hope of returning to Sudan is green in our imagination, because we chose life.” He added.
