“I OM”: 136,000 people fled Sennar in 10 days

The International Organization for Migration IOM said that 136,000 people fled Sennar state, after the conflict moved there 10 days ago.
The International Organization for Migration IOM said, in a statement according to “Sudan Tribune”, that “since July 24, an estimated 136,000 people have been displaced from different locations in Sennar state, following clashes between the army and the Rapid Support RSF Militia.”
It reported the displacement of a number of families from the areas of Al-Mafaza, Al-Rahad and Al-Qalabat Al-Sharqiya in Gedarif state, due to increasing security concerns regarding the situation in Sennar state.
