“Zakat Shendi” Distributes Cash Support to the Physically Disabled

Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, announced the allocation of 100 baskets for people with special needs..
During his participation in the social support program of the Zakat Bureau in the locality for people with special needs, he directed the Social Affairs Department and the Zakat Bureau to conduct studies for productive projects that the locality supports. Khaled pointed to the national roles played by the disabled and their great contribution to society and said, “This segment is one of the segments that stood and supported the armed forces SAF ,praising the continuous support of the Zakat Bureau and its interest in people with special needs.
For his part, the Director of the Zakat Bureau in the locality, Ayoub Abdel Majid, affirmed the House’s continuation in supporting people with special needs.
Ayoub said that the House’s goal is to look into these groups and support them. He announced the distribution of SDGs 1/800/000 million to the physically disabled. He said that the coming days will witness the distribution of SDGs1/200/000 million to the Deaf Union.
He explained that the cash support program will continue monthly.
