France, Germany, and Britain Plan to Impose Sanctions on Iran for Providing Missiles to Russia

Germany’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a declaration today (Tuesday) that the governments of France, Germany, and Britain strongly condemn Iran’s transfer of ballistic missiles to Russia, and will work as a result to impose sanctions on the Iranian airline, Iran Air.

The joint statement from the three countries, published by the ministry, mentioned that “this action by Iran and Russia is an escalation and poses a direct threat to European security.”
