Lieutenant General Shams El-Din Kabashi, a member of the Sovereign Council and Deputy Commander of the Army, praised the high morale of the forces stationed on the frontlines in Jabal Moya, and their courage in defending the nation with determination to reclaim every inch of its land.
During his visit to the armed forces, other regular forces, and White Nile and Sennar reinforcements in Jabal Moya, Kabashi announced that victory is near and the rebellion will soon be defeated. He also commended the resilience of the heroes who opened the national road between Sennar and Rabak.
Accompanying Kabashi were Major General Haidar Ali Al-Tarifi, Supervisor of White Nile operations, Major General Sami Al-Tayeb, Commander of the 18th Infantry Division, and the Chief of Intelligence and Operations of the 18th Infantry Division.
