Activists cover Picasso’s ‘Motherhood’ with an image of a Gaza mother and child in protest

Two activists from the “Civil Resistance” group in the UK placed an image of a Gaza mother and child on Picasso’s famous painting “Motherhood” in the National Gallery to protest arms sales to Israel.
According to The Independent, the activists were arrested, and the image was removed, with the gallery confirming that no damage was done to the artwork.
