The Rapid Support Forces militia shelled neighborhoods in Al-Thawra, Karari locality, north of Omdurman.
A spokesman for the Khartoum State Ministry of Health, Mohamed Ibrahim, announced on Friday that 16 civilians were injured due to artillery shelling by the RSF on residential areas in neighborhoods 43 and 50 of Al-Thawra, as well as the Al-Qamayir neighborhood in old Omdurman.
He added that the wounded were transferred to Nou Hospital for treatment, and it was not possible to count the cases that had not reached the hospitals.
